Okay Find a neopets background (or any image of your choice) and save it to your computer! i will be using the pic. bellow!
Then highlight around your design and then right click and press copy!
Open up another ms paint, then open your neopets background (or the image of your choice)
Make sure you go up to image and make sure the "Draw Opaque" dose not have a check by it! if it does click it and it should go away! Then set your background to black!
Highlight any spot on the page using the square tool, then right click and paste! That should have pasted your desighn! Move the desighn ontop of your neopet image (or the image of your choice) and it should look something like mine (except with a diff. design if you made your own)
