This tutorial will Tell you how to make a psd Using the program "Paint shop pro"
Okay the first step is to open up an image!
I will be using this pic. of brooke hogan that i got from sweetandtalented!

Okay once you have opened your image select your lasso tool and match your settings to mine. (see screen shot bellow)



Now before you start highlighting (cutting) your image make sure you have your forground color set to WHITE



Okay now start highlighting around your image. i Suggest you highlight a little at a time!
After you have highlighted a piece of the image go up to "Selections>modify>smooth" and match your setting to mine (see screen shot bellow)


You can mess around with the "Smoothing ammount"
Once you have matched your settings to mine hit "ok"
Now you may press the delete button on your keyboard!
REMINDER! Save your psds as a ".PNG"
